Sustainable Packaging / Refill System
Non-Airless containers can be molded in several different materials (PETG, HDPE, PET, and PP) depending upon the need of the marketer. Each dispenser head requires two bottles (halves), to assemble a complete dual chamber unit. Each bottle is filled with a separate formula and the diptubes/connectors are then inserted into the bottle until they snap into place. Once filled and sealed, each bottle becomes an airtight, self-contained unit. Optionally, for refill use, a safety cap can be place over the connector as shown on the right bottle below.

The airless cartridge-piston system features an outer shell that houses two cartridges. The bottom of the unit is closed with a screw-on base cap. Each cartridge is filled with the appropriate formula and the dual dispenser pump head snaps on top. To refill a used cartridge, simply unscrew the base, remove the empty cartridge and insert a refill. See the diagram below.
