- Dispensing Cap and Cap Cover (1)
- Connectors (2)
- Bottles (2)
To assemble and/or test your product, follow these simple steps.
Activation Instructions
- With bottle fully assembled and filled turn dispenser head clockwise from LOCK (key symbol) to first setting (letter A or 100% Side A) and prime until product flows.
- Then rotate dispenser head clockwise to last setting (letter B or 100% Side B) and prime until product flows.
- Dispenser is now fully activated for use and desired setting can be selected.
- Remove cap and separate bottles by pushing up on one and down on the other.
- Bottle A should be filled to shoulder line with the lotion that is to be dispensed first, e.g. SPF 4 before SPF 30, shampoo before conditioner, etc.
- After filling, and with the flat side of bottle A facing RIGHT, insert the connector into the bottle with the locator pin (hole) on BOTTOM (see diagram). Push the connector firmly into the bottle and it will lock into place. It is difficult to remove once accomplished.
- The second lotion should be filled to shoulder line in Bottle B.
- With the flat side of bottle B facing LEFT insert the connector into the bottle with the locator pin (hole) on BOTTOM (see diagram). Push the connector firmly into the bottle and it will lock into place. It is difficult to remove once accomplished.
- Interlock bottles by sliding grooves together making sure they are evenly aligned. Please note: the locator pins in the connectors should both be on the same side (see diagram)*.
- Connect the bottles to the dispensing cap, lining up the pin apertures with the respective pins in the bottom of the dispensing cap (see diagram). Press firmly till dispenser base is flush to bottle shoulder. If there is resistance, check to make sure connector apertures are aligned with pins in dispenser head.
