Custom Blending - How it Works

As the VERSADIAL™ dispenser head rotates from one setting to the next, it simultaneously positions the interior disc at a premeasured angle and setting to the pump pistons. These angles determine the extent to which each pump will be engaged when the actuator is pressed, thereby, precisely affecting the amount of product that is evacuated from each bottle. Mixing ratios from 0 to 100%, in as little as 5% increments can be preset. See "Settings" for more information.

50/50 When the dial is aligned in the "middle" setting, the actuator disc will depress both pistons equally. Equal amounts of product will be dispensed from both bottles.

100 / 0 When the dial is turned to the highest or lowest setting, the actuator disc depresses one piston completely and does not activate the other piston. User will get product from only one bottle.

30 / 70 In between settings, e.g. 30/70, will result in product delivery in the ratios selected. See "Settings" for more information.
